My name is Diana and I am highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and Life Coach with over 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sector.


I have BA and MA degrees in Psychology and am a member of the following professional chartered associations.

Life coaching will help you achieve your most desired goals, take you through a process of self-discovery, self-integration and self-realization.


Together we will discover the root cause of your symptoms and what can we do to achieve your outcomes. 


I will show you how to maintain a balance between active life and inner peace.


We will discuss the psychology of daily living in a busy world: relationships at work and at home. Recovering from a stressful day.


Learn how to deal with bullying in school and work.


Manipulation of modern society is prevalent in the world we live in and you will learn how to deal with the pressures of this to maintain a sense of balance and self-worth.

We will change your unhelpful habits which act as barriers to you achieving your goals. We will create alternative ways of thinking and undertake practical exercises to reprogram the negative thinking within your core beliefs.


You will learn how to communicate with yourself, your subconscious mind and your body.

I have extensive experience helping people overcome depression, anxiety, fears, low self-esteem or confidence.


I am a confidence and success coach for clients who both work and live their lives within the public eye, on stage, in front and behind the camera, in the magazines and newspapers.


I coach clients who are leaders in their industry or those people who have achieved a certain amount of success and acknowledgment either within their personal or professional lives. Yet despite their success they feel it hasn’t bought them a true sense of fulfilment and happiness and they now need to review, rebalance and revitalise their lives.


I use a variety of different therapeutic methods designed to meet your personal needs whilst allowing me to gain an understanding of the world from your personal perspective. 


I use holistic & practical approaches to your therapy, integrating tools from Coaching, Psychotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness, CBT, Past Life Regression and Neuroscience.   


I work holistically which means I focus on every aspect of your physical, mental social and emotional health. 


We will explore the practice of being Mindful to achieve a sense of balance and rational perspective in your life. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. 


When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we are sensing in the present moment rather than reinventing the past or predicting the future.


Together we will develop a confidential relationship in which you can feel safe, heard and understood, where you can share your problems, see them more clearly and develop better ways of overcoming with them.


Sessions are typically 1 hour long and will offer you chances to discover underlying programming that drives your life, heal the root cause of the problems and integrate yourself.  


It is recommended to have weekly or bi-weekly sessions. This is your time when in confidence you can feel safe to share with me everything that you wish to share without worrying about being judged. 

Confidential sessions are delivered online or on the phone (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Messenger)
